Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in Equitient AI. Because our programs involve instructor time, live sessions, mentor availability, course materials and limited cohort capacity, please review this policy carefully before enrolling.

No-refund policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, fees paid for a program are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access to the program has been provided or the program has commenced.

Before making payment, please review the program curriculum, prerequisites, duration, schedule, fees, recording policy and support structure on the program page or in the brochure.

Schedule changes

If a scheduled session needs to change due to instructor availability, technical issues or other reasonable circumstances, an alternative session or a recording will be provided.

Cancellation by Equitient AI

If we cancel a program before it begins and cannot offer an alternative batch, we will inform you of how your fee will be handled.

Transfer requests

Requests to transfer your enrollment to another batch are considered case by case, subject to availability.
